At Elite Auto Inspect, we strive to provide accurate and detailed vehicle inspection reports to help our customers make informed decisions. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once an inspection report has been delivered. Each report is custom-created based on the specific vehicle and request, and cannot be returned.
If you believe the report contains an error or missing information, please contact us at info@eliteautoinspect.com within 24 hours of receiving your report. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide necessary corrections.
Orders may only be canceled before the inspection process has started. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
